Julia was the perfect example of customer service: extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. I would give her 10 stars if they were available. I was having a hard time transferring my husband's phone and number. The old carrier gave me the wrong account number. Another reason to leave them. I am not very technical so she was what I needed during this stressful situation.

Maria helped me with the process of moving my SIM card from my old phone to my new phone and verifying that it worked.
