Customer service as it should. Laura G. Helped me and solved my problem with great expertise, speed and confidence. Laura and workers like her is what makes Tello a level above. She is definitely an asset. I wish this customer service where widely available in other brands.

Disappointed in billing cycle

Last year, we discovered that we were billed more than once a month. When I contacted customer support, they told me they bill every 30 days, not once a month. This resulted in one more payment; not 12 but 13 for the year. This has not happened before.
