Tello provides reliability of connections and good coverage. I almost never have a dropped call. I get a lot of “talk” for the money.

Once again, Tello customer service gets 5 stars. Maurice was polite, professional and patient as we worked through a process to improve our service. Sometimes technology doesn't work as it's supposed to...but when we contact customer service.... we get friendly, focused folks who want to help. Thank you, Maurice. I always find it funny when people I know with expensive cell phone service don’t get any better service than me, but insist on paying more for the name. I have had Tello for more than 3 years, and can’t be happier with the service and the price!! I’ve never had any major problems and feel they are as good as any of the big phone companies and would recommend Tello to anyone!!
