Seriously best Customer Service ever!

A couple years ago, I set up my mom's cell phone from an expensive senior plan, to Tello. Because she rarely uses her phone except to call me and my siblings, It was nice to have such a low monthly fee, especially on her social security. Barely $1,000 a month. A while back, I got Tello on my phone & I think I had something like the $15 a month 5 gig plan. It was great but recently I found out I qualified for lifeline service. A crappy company but a free service but no monthly fee. I called customer service and I got to speak with Sebastian. I never expected to be treated so kindly. What a wonderful patient man. I hope they recognize what a great customer service representative they have working for them. He seriously was so very nice. He went patiently with me step by step to get my account and transfer pin. I couldn't have done it without him. He made it easy and seamless. I didn't expect them to be nice when I was leaving their company, but they were. I appreciate that. I will still refer all my friends and family to Tello because I feel that they are a great phone company and they deserve to have our business.

Julia answered my questions with the utmost professionalism and genuine kindness! I kept throwing out more questions and she answered all of them. Initially she navigated through my phone and helped me change settings to rectify the problem I was having with no sound. I appreciate the Julia’s of the world!!
