Tello provided a very satisfying experience

Tello has a very efficient system for configuring phone lines that allow free mobility within our country, and it also enables usage via Wi-Fi anywhere in the world (I haven’t used it in China yet), but it has greatly facilitated my travels both for work and leisure

Spoke with a real person :)

I had to cancel mt CC b/c I feared it had been misused. In all that stress, I forgot that my Tello payment was due and promptly declined. So, I called Tello and explained that my new card was in the mail but hadn't arrived yet. The agent listened, understood and helped me, without charging a fee like some big carriers (e.g. ATT) do. That's what I call excellent customer service. A real person, who understands their customers' needs and helps. Kudos! I love my Tello!

Johyse was great in many ways

Johyse was great! She was very kind and courteous. She was so patient with me since I made many errors in entering my address when I was trying to add two numbers to my existing account. She sounded very warm and nice in her voice and mannerism.
