I purchased a new phone and needed to change my eSim over and had lost the PIN code. I rang the support line and spoke to Fernanda who answered the phone on the second ring and was amazing and had me back online in a matter of minutes.

Spoke to customer service rep Michael

Spoke to a representative named Michael. He helped guide me through the process of resolving my issue, and his customer service skills were PHENOMENAL. He helped guide me through a tough tech issue, and he showed a great deal of patience and genuinely wanted to help. I was very impressed considering that most reps with other companies just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible. Michael's the best customer service rep I've ever interacted with. (And for the record, I've spoken with 2 other Tello reps, and they were great as well, so props to Tello!)
