I am a Tello customer. My old Samsung phone was no longer working. So I decided to buy a new one but I didn't know what kind of phone to buy that is compatible with Tello. I talked with Mauricio and he spent a long time with me on the phone searching for one that worked for me. I told him I am a 75 y.o. grandma. Mauricio went out of his way to explain everything to me about the phone. He is the best. Thank you so much Mauricio and Thanks Tello.

Outstanding Customer Service Rep

The customer service rep was OUTSTANDING. I was having issues setting up the two new phones and he was so nice, kind, and understanding and ensured both phones were activated all ok. It took a lot of time because I was unsure how to set it up. This person deserves a big pay raise!

Affordable Pricing

The prices of plans are amazingly affordable and the overview given on the app/site are very helpful. The website layout is easy enough to navigate where as the app seems to have less features/control but can still be pretty convenient (although adding more high speed within the app would be pretty nice). Only thing I have an issue with is not having the option to renew your subscription ahead of time. It's not much of an issue as I don't normally use a lot of my high speed in my unlimited plan, but I would like to have to option to renew before the expected date as it would be very useful for vacations or road trips when you run out of high speed and have no access to a public WiFi network. I do enjoy having unlimited but sometimes the slower speed makes it impossible, or at least more difficult, to use even the Tello website when trying to simply add more high speed data.
