Excellent Service Agent

Julia is quite skilled at answering technical questions. It took just a few minutes to transfer the Tello service and answer questions for installing as E-sim. Very friendly attitude. It was one of the better experiences compared to the technical assistance of my other providers across all types of services. Also, those other providers like VPN, anti-virus, etc. limit communication to chat and e-mail. A phone call saves me so much time and aggravation. Thank you Tello for this option.

Had phone service for all 3 of my teenage boys with Tello for over a year now and they love it! They get great service everywhere they go and for $25 a month each for unlimited everything, you can’t complain about that! My boyfriend is the one who told me about Tello because he also uses it and he loves it too! Would highly recommend!
