Transferring landline number quickly…

While I was adding a line and porting our number, I needed to call with a question. I also called yesterday before I ordered the Sim card, and both ladies were very helpful. Since our voipo was closing in a few days, I needed to transfer the number quickly, and the first lady told me I could order it from Amazon. When I ported my number it was quickly accepted but I couldn’t get the phone to work at all. Without the use of the unusable phone, I needed to get help through their online service, a question and answer at a time. But they gave me the info to resolve the problem, a message at a time, and things worked out fine.
