happy with simple plan

I rarely use my mobile phone, so I am happy I can have a simple inexpensive plan ($10). It is great to be able to choose exactly what you want.

Helpful customer service

I called Tello customer service for advice on how to manage a feature of my plan. The call agent was courteous, patient, kind, and very helpful. She also informed me that Tello customer service is available 24/7, 365 days a year. What's more, I didn't have to wait long in a calling queue to get my call answered. Low cost and great customer service make Tello a great company, on top of their actual great product-- which is excellent call clarity and terrific signal coverage which equals that of their much pricier competitors (whose customer service is lacking).
