I still do not have a phone

I had to change the review. Tello has the best customer service and I am keeping 1 line of service with them because of this. I had to go to a competitor because they offered me a better phone with the more data and unlimited talk and text. I really like Tello though. Thank you

Great service with great price!

My family has been using Tello for a few years now. Tello provides a great service with great price with no hidden fees or surprises. I also love the free international call service as my dad who doesn’t always have his smart phone on lives overseas, and I can call his land line anytime. The customer service has been great, being able to talk to a real person if you need to. While the price of many things are going up, I can’t believe that Tello’s service got even better (more data for the same price) a while ago! I love Tello and I hope the company stays in business for a long time!
