I've been using Tello for about eight weeks and have been rather satisfied. Flexible plans, fitting my needs, ability for roaming, clear billing statements, easy to understand and use website, international roaming, reliable connection. Compared to the previous carrier I used incomparably better pricing and service.

Having a single line of cellphone to cost under $15 is a huge help to my budget and I even have international calling options if needed. Finally when I got a new NUU10 cellphone and put the Tello chip from the old too the new it simply worked. No hassles and my original Sim was available on Amazon to get me started.

Honesty and Simple

Everything especially customer service is great. I tried BoostInfinite and it was a nightmare when it comes to customer service and support. I’m with Tello for life!
