We received live great customer service from Maurice. He's courteous, professional, and friendly, and we got the result we wanted, which was getting a desired phone number ported into a new phone we purchased from Tello. Thank you, Maurice. I'll add that the new phone is a refurbished Samsung A14. I was hesitant about buying a refurbished phone, but it works great, and I would recommend it. Tello makes excellent phone service affordable again, yay!

Reception and Support for a great price!

I get great reception and customer support for a very low price. Recently, I told a young person what I pay, and she replied, "Oh, you must have a flip phone!" She was amazed that I have a smart phone with lots of memory for less than many folks pay for a flip phone. And I was able to upgrade recently to a better phone for a reasonable price.
