Maria gave me the very best customer service. Maria was very kind, patient, and helpful. Maria helped me with the process of moving my SIM card from my old phone to my new phone and verifying that it worked. I have multiple lines with Tello, since Tello has the best customer service, great plan prices, and great cell connection.

Love the flexibility

Love the flexibility. The app is easy to use. Due to my travel schedule, I need flexibility in my package (frequent changes due to extended travel abroad) and Tello gives me that flexibility. Would appreciate if (a) the lowest package was closer to zero (basically not used for a period of time when abroad), and (b) prorate at the time of changing plans (don’t lose previous $$ credit just because I change part way through the cycle).

I have found TELLO to be a great alternative to the higher priced alternatives. I’m retired and home a lot so don’t need much data. I think I’ve had TELLO now for 6 Or 7 years. Perfect solution, very reliable and good coverage.
