Awesome company great customer service

Fernanda the rep was very professional and explained all well. Straight forward to the point. I would strongly recommend this service and this rep to all out there. After my experience with my old company I was with for 7 years who treated me like crap we shall call them boost. Who I don't recommend. Tello is the way to go folks

I had numerous questions to ask the Tello representative at customer service

I had numerous questions to ask the representative about international roaming to Canada and wireless calling when outside of the USA. The rep, was 110% helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and patient. She also showed me how to change the settings on my Iphone to accomplish these goals. I could not have been more satisfied. I like being a Tello customer.

My sister is not tech-savvy and threw…

My sister is not tech-savvy and threw away her SIM activation code when she received her new Tello number. I thought I would need to buy another SIM card, since I couldn’t activate that one. I was reluctant to contact the support team by email because I needed to solve the issue as soon as possible, but I gave it a try anyway. To my surprise, I got a super fast response with detailed, step-by-step instructions from the support team, which helped me solve the problem and saved me from buying another SIM card/plan. This is the second time I've ever needed support from Tello, and I can honestly say they’re excellent in that area. Daniella, Olivia, Estella — thank you for your kind responses and proactiveness. You made my day better!
