I've been a Tello customer for 3 years after leaving Verizon. Best action taken! They take care of you. 24/7 customer service. Great priced plans, easy billing no extras, app is useful.

Great, but has an issue when transissioning.

We use Tello at our home, and we are very happy with it. The only issue we have is that when we leave home in the middle of a call, the call gets dropped. I tried this on both when I am having a regular call or a video call using an app. I do have a data plan with my Tello, so I would think the transition between wifi to cellular data should be seamless, but obviously it is not.
