At it's core, Tello's most important features are the customizable plans. This is perfect for a family with new younger phone users. The website is easy to use, and porting in an existing number was fast and easy. The coverage in my area is great.

We don't use the phone that often

We only use the phone when needed; that's why we like Tello. We don't need to pay for minutes we don't use. Thanks.
