The BEST customer support anywhere

I was in SE Asia and could not connect to the local carrier for data. I was in a complete jam. The Tello Team helped me via phone and email and never gave up until they got my phone and Android OS to work on the local carrier network. NO cellphone company would ever work that hard for a customer in a jam. Tello support is the BEST.

A great company with excellent service

I have been with Tello.com for over 5 years. The customer service has always been courteous, knowledgeable and excellent. Today, I added a second phone to my plan. No other provider has a better signal than Tello - at my remote location. However, the first person "Maria" or "Mary" who answered the phone at 11.30 am on 5/16, abruptly hung up on me after a few minutes, and I had to call back. The second person, Michelle, was knowledgeable and polite and attended to all my needs -- as always the case with all its staff. I wish Tello success. Somar W.

Traveling abroad

I'm currently traveling outside the country and I needed to find a replacement for Skype since they were shutting down. Tello has turned out to be the perfect replacement for Skype. The service is great and the prices are right. Give them a chance. You won't be sorry.
