I had numerous questions to ask the representative about international roaming to Canada and wireless calling when outside of the USA. The rep, was 110% helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and patient. She also showed me how to change the settings on my Iphone to accomplish these goals. I could not have been more satisfied. I like being a Tello customer.

Tello is the least expensive cellphone service out there with plan options you absolutely cannot beat. I've had Tello for eight years, and won't move.
