The main reason I have Tello is price. I mostly use the internet for web connection & Tello’s Internet service is very slow & lacking speed. The text & phone service is very good however.

Great customer service in Español

Although I couldn’t use it at all, I am aware of the potential Tello can offer. I am based in France and I couldn’t activitate the e-SIM card, it was thanks to Alex of the customer service in Español that I was able to learn this, luckly I speak Spanish because the customer service in English is horrible, somebody answered and I started to describe my situation and I was cut off inmediately, I used the service on line but it is very limited. Alex is an asset for your organisation.
