When I ported my number it was quickly accepted but I couldn’t get the phone to work at all. Without the use of the unusable phone, I needed to get help through their online service, a question and answer at a time. But they gave me the info to resolve the problem, a message at a time, and things worked out fine.

My iphone lives!! OMG!! Thank you so much - can't tell you how much I rely on this iphone. You guys are the best.. 😁
