While I was adding a line and porting our number, I needed to call with a question. I also called yesterday before I ordered the Sim card, and both ladies were very helpful. Since our voipo was closing in a few days, I needed to transfer the number quickly, and the first lady told me I could order it from Amazon. Tello is great!

The website as fast and responsive and everything I needed such as porting and plan switching was easy to find and use. I ordered a 25$/month unlimited plan and ported over my old number in 20 minutes all online. Love the service I now have two lines!
