I switched to Tello a month ago when my phone stopped connecting outbound phone calls. I borrowed a phone to call customer service and Alison Claris kindly, patiently, professionally and expertly diagnosed the problem which was a residual eSIM that needed to be removed. Voila, Back to chat!

The ease to change plans and the perfect call quality courtesy of Tmobil for far less cash! Having a single line of cellphone to cost under $15 is a huge help to my budget and I even have international calling options if needed. Finally when I got a new NUU10 cellphone and put the Tello chip from the old too the new it simply worked. No hassles and my original Sim was available on Amazon to get me started.

All Great!!! The service is fabulous, Your team is great! The costs are excellent - only thing is they're creeping up a few pennies every few months, but I don't think that's Tello's fault! Overall, wonderful work!!!
