I like everything exactly. The option for each plan and each month. I can't change and save the time about customer service. They are day I'll help us too much. That's why I buy line for myself. Actually do line for myself and for my family. 3 line meaning totally 5 lines. Because everything is cheap and fast and 5G. And I like it everything. At it's core

At it's core, Tello's most important features are the customizable plans. This is perfect for a family with new younger phone users. The website is easy to use, and porting in an existing number was fast and easy. The coverage in my area is great.

Love the flexibility

Love the flexibility. The app is easy to use. Due to my travel schedule, I need flexibility in my package (frequent changes due to extended travel abroad) and Tello gives me that flexibility. Would appreciate if (a) the lowest package was closer to zero (basically not used for a period of time when abroad), and (b) prorate at the time of changing plans (don’t lose previous $$ credit just because I change part way through the cycle).
