Best price and customer service - Tello…

I could not believe the value of Tello but my ai recommended it so I thought I’d try. It was exactly as advertised. But what put it over the top was customer service. I called to change plans and was connected with an actual person who was knowledgeable and helpful. Where does that happen anymore? Solution found and very happy.

I've been using Tello for many years now, and I've always found the service / coverage to be as good or better than any others I've used. The best thing, however, is how easy everything is to do online. You don't have to call an agent to get port out details, for example, which is a breath of fresh air. Try that some places and you're on the phone with a foreign call center for 15 minutes.

Paying one third the price of my previous carrier who has a tv commercial on every minute of the day. Let someone else pay for their advertising. I wish I would have found out about Tello sooner. I'm even getting better wireless signal with no drop outs. Switch to Tello, you won't be sorry.
