Tello is an ideal cell phone company. They pay attention to the consumer and offer plans that are relevant. I am a moderate data user--they have something for me. Price is competitive and they are transparent in their communications. Since they piggyback on T-Mobile, sometimes data access is not available. It hasn't occurred enough to be an issue.

The online messages were very helpful for what I needed. Then the website worked easily and clearly. I find Tello has great flexibility for my needs, as I live outside the US. Scott
