After 20 years of headaches and hours long phone calls, I’m now headache free and the quality of the cellular coverage is equal to or better than I had with sprint. I really can’t say enough good things about this company.

We have been with Tello for almost 2 years now. The pros: we haven't had any service interruptions and I can email support and not be stuck on the phone all day. I have as good of coverage as I did with AT&T. Cons: sometimes the data does not penetrate into certain buildings where I had coverage before and the unlimited plan is not really unlimited. I thought it was supposed to just slow down at certain limit, but we were charged for 1 GB of data on the unlimited plan.

While traveling lost cell phone service

While traveling, my cellphone malfunctioned. I couldn’t make a call or text message and worst of sll my gps would not work. I called Apple, they reset my phone. It still didn’t work. I called up Tello. The Tello tech by the name of Belen patiently guided me for about an hour to get a new esim card on my phone.
