We have been Tello for about five months now and have nothing but praise for Tello phone service along with excellent customer service. The few times we have called with questions, customer service has been excellent. Best switch we ever made. A million time better then Tracf$ne.

Sometimes technology doesn't work as it's supposed to...but when we contact customer service.... we get friendly, focused folks who want to help. Thank you, Maurice. Simple, NO HASSLES, Less than Ten Bucks

I LOVE Tello. I am NOT addicted to my "phone," in fact, I really kinda hate the dang thing. I have NO INTEREST in paying tons of money for services I DO NOT USE. Tello to the Rescue! For $10 a month I have unlimited phone and text. I need nothing else and I have none of the hassles I had with the major carriers!
