I was dumped by google fi while…

I was dumped by google fi while overseas and their usual outsourced horrendous CSR's are just a pack of lies, despise the company. Found Tello and had super low expectations, thought usual crap. I was 100 per cent wrong. Service staff and support has been 10 stars out of 5. I have ADHD and most csr calls are a nightmare of frustration, Tello the absolute opposite. Fantastic staff and each as helpful as the next. Very impressive, live people with a no problem can do attitude, have my US number and very grateful.

I get help from two YOUNG man ,located in Bolivia. Both have very good knowledge, and they were very, very KIND to me and answered every question I did ask. THANK YOU YOUNG MAN. BOSS-PLEASE give them BONUS! Live in Bolivia is EXPENSIVE and they family need help. THANK YOU BOSS!

It's good service

It's good service, but there's a lag or drops in messages and wifi is sometimes spotty. It would be nice to get a monthly rate instead of 30 days as well.
