Ms. Julia Infante guided me through the many steps needed to activate my SIM card. The process was more complicated and consuming of her time because not only have I never operated an Android device but also the use of my hands is impaired. Kudos to her for bearing with me.

While abroad

While abroad, I made a mistake of resetting my network settings. I called Tello for help and the agent painstakingly led me through resetting my PIN and reprovisioning my eSIM. I am so thankful! Fantastic service - thank you, Tello!
