As far as we're concerned switching to TELLO was the best move we ever made regarding the low cost, high dependability communication service. I still don't understand why some still choose to pay a much higher monthly price for locked in plans that offer very little in return.

It is easy to get the roaming resources abroad, and I can have my own cellphone number, I could start to use it when I was in the US. Once I landed in Calgary, I could turn on the roaming and had the Internet immediately, so the experience was so nice, I would like to keep using tello company.

My whole family uses Tello

My whole family uses Tello because they have different plans that meet all of our needs. I recently ordered a different sim card so that I could have an extra line for a trip. It got lost in the mail so I contacted Tello customer service to cancel that line. They did so immediately and refunded my money with no issue. Never had service like that from other service providers before. I highly recommend Tello.
