Tello really meets our family where we are at. We love the flexibility of having the ability to make our plan what our family needs each month. The coverage is great and the hotspot is amazing for our little sons tablets while traveling. We are new to Tello but we plan to hang around for a long time.

The plan I have with Tello at this time (2 GB of data and unlimited calling and texting) for around $12 / month each works well for me and my wife. The only thing I would change about it (if I could) would be to add more data to the plan for the same price. That would make a good plan even better. No complaints here.

I always find it funny when people I know with expensive cell phone service don’t get any better service than me, but insist on paying more for the name. I have had Tello for more than 3 years, and can’t be happier with the service and the price!! I’ve never had any major problems and feel they are as good as any of the big phone companies and would recommend Tello to anyone!!
