Once again, Tello customer service gets 5 stars. Maurice was polite, professional and patient as we worked through a process to improve our service. Sometimes technology doesn't work as it's supposed to...but when we contact customer service.... we get friendly, focused folks who want to help. Thank you, Maurice. I have used many other carriers. This is the best service for me. I do a lot of remote work in rural areas. The T-Mobile networks. I have them as my main carrier. I use the Tello service for my laptop. I have used it in many remote areas an I have always had good service. I have always gotten good support via email. I have seen up to 800gb bandwidth. I normally get 80 to 250gb all the time. I am a computer user who has to use powerful computers that require 86X programs. Not an ARM Snapdragon processor. I love the upgrade to buy more data when needed since my requirements vary.

Initially she navigated through my phone and helped me change settings to rectify the problem I was having with no sound. I appreciate the Julia’s of the world!!
