Much better than T-Mobile

Much better than T-Mobile, not confusing, you pay your bill you get service not with all the crap T-Mobile pulls. Simple easy to deal with, pay for whar you need. No phantom billing, that can not be explained, and you just give up, Tello is much better than T-mobile with the same service. :-) AND now they have international service Been with Tello 2 years and will be dropping T-mobile after 14 years of ripoffs..

Inexpensive, and highly reccommended

The most affordable cellular service I know of. Tello charges significantly less than other services available, and customizable payment options allow consumers to pay nothing more than exactly what they need. I strongly recommend it.

I had numerous questions to ask the Tello representative at customer service

I had numerous questions to ask the representative about international roaming to Canada and wireless calling when outside of the USA. The rep, was 110% helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and patient. She also showed me how to change the settings on my Iphone to accomplish these goals. I could not have been more satisfied. I like being a Tello customer.
