I love Tello because we can add data when we run out and the graduated price/GB scale...

I love Tello because we can add data when we run out and the graduated price/GB scale is entirely reasonable. Adding DATA was easy. I also appreciate the clients ability to share data even though I haven't used it yet. This is the way I would run a company: Give the customer options at a fair price and NOT try to coral them into something they don't want for too much money.

I accidentally started a new account…

I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much! My Tello acct. is all fixed and I'm making calls again. Michael

I originally was going to give a 2star rating but called back again moments later and...

Together, Shawn and Tello provides, patience and excellent customer service.

I originally was going to give a 2star rating but called back again moments later and spoke to a different representative named, Shawn. The previous woman was not very helpful she caused my wife to not want to activate her new tello SIM card. Shawn not only fixed my problem, he helped to reasure to her why i have a great deal of confidence in Tello. Shawn provided excellent customer service and patience for me and my wife's android services/cost and performance issues both domestically and internationally. .ost importantly is that Shawn Allow me to explain the issue without any interruptions before interjecting what he thought the issue was. That is what impressed us the most.
