Used Tello during my vacation

I have used Tello for myself and my family when travelling to the U.S. this summer. No worries about data usage en cost attached, when travelling around. Especially with teenagers a big advantage. Process of ordering several eSims and installing them, was a straight forward process. Also the cancellation after returning home was easy. If you plan on travelling to the U.S., I absolutely recommend Tello.

It's good service, but there's a lag or drops in messages and wifi is sometimes spotty. It would be nice to get a monthly rate instead of 30 days as well.

I switched to Tello a month ago when my phone stopped connecting outbound phone calls...

A voice in the dark brought me to the light.

I switched to Tello a month ago when my phone stopped connecting outbound phone calls. I borrowed a phone to call customer service and Alison Claris kindly, patiently, professionally and expertly diagnosed the problem which was a residual eSIM that needed to be removed. Voila, Back to chat!
