Amazing rates without any hassle

I've been with Tello for about a year. The pricing is excellent, and you can quickly reach Customer Service if needed. Set up was quick and easy. I had an ongoing problem with photos and websites not loading while on data. It did take several attempts to solve but yesterday I talked to the right person and she solved it in 10 seconds. Now the service works perfectly again and I'm sticking with Tello. No nonsense, no headaches. Highly recommend.

Perfect for International Travelers and Expats

In addition to the US, I have been utilizing Tello in South America (Brazil), and Tello has met or exceeded all expectations. First and foremost, the receipt of SMS messages for TFA, via either WiFi Calling or International Roaming, has been seamless, in addition to its other functionalities. And to top it off, Customer Service is of a consistently high caliber and always helpful. Very highly recommended!

At it's core, Tello's most important features are the customizable plans. This is perfect for a family with new younger phone users. The website is easy to use, and porting in an existing number was fast and easy. The coverage in my area is great.
