Honest and fair help

For about 3 weeks I was trying to connect my smart watch to my new phone and port anther phone from Google Fi. So Tello customer service asked me to call them to get help to activate the phone. I called and a friendly voice (her name Ivana) answered and patiently started to direct me what to do. I am 86 with poor hearing but she managed to slowly explain what and where to tap on confusing screen to get the job done. It would be great that live agents at Google Fi or other places to have at least 50% of Ivana qualities. It would be fair to mention that Tello is quite easy to get in touch with and not given a run around like most other businesses.

To share my experience with this company, I have found that those having spoken to for assistance recently to be helpful, efficient, kind and patient, while I had begun trying to establish having a new phone and needing an eSim provided more than once. My current annoyance with trying different phones and becoming frustrated with was lightened by those having helped, their all being straightforward with a calming manner. Having begun using Tello service 3 years ago and not having had any problem since, their customer service employees having kindly set up my account and Porting my number from AT&T, which went flawlessly, besides it being at a lesser monthly cost which is much appreciated. I am happy, having suggested their service to others and will continue to do so. Thank you -

Hassle free but the only complain I got…

Hassle free but the only complain I got is when it's time to renew you only run the card once so it makes it kind of a hassle to get that same card ran again but other than that coverage is great all and all pretty good service expecailly for the price
