The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the payment process is a little funky. You can't just click a button and pay, you have to have your card on file and wait for it to auto pay, I would rather be able to click a button and pay immediately and see my receipt rather than wait for it to do it itself . That's just my opinion. Everything else is great ! Love the coverage, no complaints on anything else . Great price, too!

The Associate that helped me out, Nicole, was fantastic. Not only did she show that has the knowledge of the technical issues involved to her finger tips, but she also resolved all of them with incredible patience, courtesy, and friendliness. I hope that Tello does all it can to keep employees like Nicole because those are the kind that help a company to grow.

I was a Verizon customer for many years but was tired of paying the high bill. I did alot of research on alternate carriers and decided on Tello. You can't beat their price, service and they actually answer their phone. I am really happy.
