At it's core

At it's core, Tello's most important features are the customizable plans. This is perfect for a family with new younger phone users. The website is easy to use, and porting in an existing number was fast and easy. The coverage in my area is great.

Love the flexibility

Love the flexibility. The app is easy to use. Due to my travel schedule, I need flexibility in my package (frequent changes due to extended travel abroad) and Tello gives me that flexibility. Would appreciate if (a) the lowest package was closer to zero (basically not used for a period of time when abroad), and (b) prorate at the time of changing plans (don’t lose previous $$ credit just because I change part way through the cycle).

So customizable!

I love the customizable plans that are so reasonably priced. Great for my young teenager who needs to be able to communicate but not have full access to data. I could even use an old phone! Thank you for making it easy!
