Very knowledgeable, patient and truly listen to what my issues were. She took the time to help walk me through everything. From confirming account details and waiting while my slow wifi logged on to my email. Explain what happened with a sim purchased and resolved the mess I made. Switching from a landline that was way too expensive for our use of it. Sad to lose whole-house connectivity, but AT&T is simply out for money now.
