Very quick and effective resolution of my difficult problem by a very courteous, well-trained, sharp, intelligent, attentive customer service representative. I am impressed.

A great company with excellent service

I have been with Tello.com for over 5 years. The customer service has always been courteous, knowledgeable and excellent. Today, I added a second phone to my plan. No other provider has a better signal than Tello - at my remote location. However, the first person "Maria" or "Mary" who answered the phone at 11.30 am on 5/16, abruptly hung up on me after a few minutes, and I had to call back. The second person, Michelle, was knowledgeable and polite and attended to all my needs -- as always the case with all its staff. I wish Tello success. Somar W.

Tello is the best kept secret in phone service. Its reliable and a perfect choice for kids or for anyone for that matter that wants a good service at a fantastic price. Even customer service is accessible!! It beats the well know carriers HANDS DOWN!!!
