Very Cost-Effective

Though the Tello set-up took some time, once it was set up, I have had trouble-free phone access. It's cost-effective and the billing is automatic. I love this Tello service. I give it 5 stars despite the set-up challenges.

Maria helped me with the process of moving my SIM card from my old phone to my new phone and verifying that it worked. I have multiple lines with Tello, since Tello has the best customer service, great plan prices, and great cell connection.

At it's core

At it's core, Tello's most important features are the customizable plans. This is perfect for a family with new younger phone users. The website is easy to use, and porting in an existing number was fast and easy. The coverage in my area is great.
