Over the past month, I have interacted with Tello both directly with staff through the chat and through the website. Both interactions were smooth and helpful. The online messages were very helpful for what I needed. Then the website worked easily and clearly. I find Tello has great flexibility for my needs, as I live outside the US. Scott

Simple, NO HASSLES, Less than Ten Bucks

I LOVE Tello. I am NOT addicted to my "phone," in fact, I really kinda hate the dang thing. I have NO INTEREST in paying tons of money for services I DO NOT USE. Tello to the Rescue! For $10 a month I have unlimited phone and text. I need nothing else and I have none of the hassles I had with the major carriers!

Easy to order and customer service was helpful

It was easy to make the order. I wasn’t sure the best way to proceed as I’m helping someone who lost their phone so I called customer service. I was expecting a long hold but someone answered quickly and he was very helpful in advising me what to do and where in the website I could find what I needed.
