I could not believe the value of Tello but my ai recommended it so I thought I’d try. It was exactly as advertised. But what put it over the top was customer service. I called to change plans and was connected with an actual person who was knowledgeable and helpful. Where does that happen anymore? Solution found and very happy.

Excellent, quick, easy customer service. 10 out of 10 experience. I've been a Tello customer for years, and never needed customer service help until a couple of days ago. I am thrilled to report that their customer service team is equally fantastic as their phone service and prices. Highly recommend.
