As a current customer

As a current customer, I feel that the service per dollar spent is exceptional. In this marketplace, the big three are still charging in some cases $40 or more for monthly service with data. TELLO is delivering the SAME phone/data access for a fraction of the price.

Good service generally

Good service generally. Drops calls less than AT&T and costs 1/3 as much. Customer service is nice. Not always technically knowledgeable and it can be slow going to wait for them to figure out technical issues, but they do try and genuinely want to help. Would recommend overall.

Tello's customer support is over the top outstanding!

I have a Pay-As-You-Go account. I have it set to auto recharge with $10 when my balance drops below $2.00. Recently I used up my balance but my account didn't auto recharge leaving me with a balance of $0 and the inability to make or accept calls or texts. I contacted Tello support who responded quickly. They investigated and found that my account did not auto recharge because my payment method credit card had expired. It was great detective work for them to zero in on the problem so fast. They gave me detailed steps on updating my payment method credit card and also on checking some settings, which turned out to be very important because some settings had changed, probably because my balance went to zero. They fixed my account so I was able to auto recharge and now everything is good. The problem was entirely my fault for not keeping my payment method credit card up to date but instead of blaming me, Tello support handled my issue with grace, professionalism, kindness, and expertise. It is rare to experience such outstanding support now a days so great job by Tello!
