I hesitated trying a cheaper phone company for years. BIG MISTAKE I've been saving $58 a month for over 2 years now without any problem at all.

I spent $68 a month for years but I didn't send many texts or spend a lot of time on calls. I thought for years about trying one of the cheaper phone companies and I really regret not doiing it sooner because I have been paying $10 a month for about 2 years now and haven't had even one problem. I told my sister about it and she even recently asked me the name of the company I use. She is hesitant to make the switch the same way I was. If people knew the truth EVERYONE would swith to Tello. I'm saving over $600 a year and I'm sure most people have a more expensive plan than I did because I had the minimum amount of texts and minutes that I could get by with. i've posted on Facebook several times about my experience with Tello but not even one person has tried it out. They seriously need to find a better way to market their service, maybe first month free or something, anything to convince people to at least try it. Very impressed with the service, speed of internet and voice quality

2 years ago I switched from Verizon to AT&T because I was trying to save a couple dollars, however the service has not been good and after a price increase and reading about Tello I decided to try it. I am so pleasantly surprised and glad I did. I brought my own phone just to try out the service and it is working better and faster than it ever has before. I am so impressed. The internet speed wherever I have gone so far has not let me down and has been a lot faster than what I had. My phone is working smoother without any lag. Voice quality has been perfect. The website is very easy to use and so far any questions I've had I've been able to find on the website and resolve on my own. I am 56 years old and I'm not a technology genius however I do try to keep up and I found so far everything has been very easy programming the phones and switching over my number. I have yet to have to call customer service but I'm actually looking forward to it considering how fantastic everything else has been. And above all else I can't believe I'm getting great service at such an affordable rate. Thank you very much Tello

Amazing rates without any hassle

I've been with Tello for about a year. The pricing is excellent, and you can quickly reach Customer Service if needed. Set up was quick and easy. I had an ongoing problem with photos and websites not loading while on data. It did take several attempts to solve but yesterday I talked to the right person and she solved it in 10 seconds. Now the service works perfectly again and I'm sticking with Tello. No nonsense, no headaches. Highly recommend.
