Costumer service is awesome always very helpful and one of the best options in Tello is that we can choose what plans we need and what comfortable for us with all different price. I am very happy with Tello and I recommend to all people who can’t pay $200 or $300 dollars every month . Tello is best option for them and whom want to save money good for them also. Fernanda the rep was very professional and explained all well. Straight forward to the point. I would strongly recommend this service and this rep to all out there. After my experience with my old company I was with for 7 years who treated me like crap we shall call them boost. Who I don't recommend. Tello is the way to go folks
