Tello - one of a gem in MVNO

Tello is such a genuine company in MVNO space. Straight forward company with no hidden costs and no need to contact customer care 99% of the time.

It's good service

It's good service, but there's a lag or drops in messages and wifi is sometimes spotty. It would be nice to get a monthly rate instead of 30 days as well.

Human contact is so much better than AI.

I called customer service to update my card number. I really appreciate to step-by-step guidance through the website to locate the correct page and procedures for a successful update. Luis Loma was knowledgeable, patient, and effective guiding me through the process. He deserves five stars, and a raise in salary for his efforts to make Tello an outstanding company.
