I love Tello

Tello is definitely the best carrier that I've ever had. I have no plans on changing. Their support is incredibly good. The only couple of times I actually needed it, but almost everything is explained on the website. It's so easy to get your phone hooked up with Tello and the rates are less than half of what anybody else charges for the same thing.

Friendly to people who actually travel

First of all, Tello didn't ask me to write this review. They didn't put up banners or popups or send me emails unlike a certain bank which I probably can't name here. I used to use Mint Mobile and as someone who travels overseas, you simply cannot log into the Mint Mobile app, website while overseas and I used to play the VPN game and still couldn't get in. Because Mint doens't think Americans travel apparently. Well I finally had it and at the recommendation of ChatGPT, decided to give Tello a try. Instantly Tello advertises itself as a service for people who actually travel abroad. Because people need to be able to use their credit cards overseas and receive text messages. Tello gets this and the whole setup was very fast and efficient. I was then able to confirm Chase/Capital One was actually able to text me as needed. I love Tello's pricing and its 1/3 the price of Mint with add on pricing that allows you to roam as well. So far their app/website did not mind I am travelling overseas and let's hope they don't do what Mint does. Excellent service Tello!
